The steps below will guide you through creating and sharing a google form, and thinking about ways Google Forms can be used by teachers to enhance teaching and learn. If you complete Steps 1-3 (creating and sharing a form), you can earn 2 recertification points. If you complete Steps 4-5 (discussion about ways to use forms in the classroom), you can earn one extra point. You must have done the first three steps, though, to do steps 4 and 5.
